We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your In-Tension-All account and all associated data at any time.
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Account information — email address, display name, authentication credentials
- Workout data — all workout logs, exercise history, sets, reps, and weights
- Profile data — fitness goals, preferences, AI coaching history
- Progress photos — any cloud-backed progress photos (local photos on your device are not affected)
- Subscription data — your subscription will be cancelled (you must also cancel in Google Play to stop billing)
- Analytics data — all usage and behavioral data associated with your account
What Is Retained
- Anonymized aggregate data — non-identifiable statistics (e.g., total app workout counts) may be retained
- Local device data — data stored only on your phone must be deleted by uninstalling the app or clearing app data
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your data has been deleted.

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, send an email with the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your In-Tension-All account.

Important Notes
- If you have an active subscription, please cancel it in Google Play Store before requesting deletion to avoid further charges.
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- If you only want to delete specific data (e.g., progress photos) without deleting your entire account, mention this in your email.
