In-Tension-All ("we," "our," or "us") operates the In-Tension-All mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name through Firebase Authentication (including Google Sign-In).
- Workout Data: Exercise selections, workout logs, sets, reps, weights, and workout history that you enter into the App.
- Profile Information: Fitness goals, experience level, physical limitations, available equipment, and preferences you provide during onboarding or in your profile settings.
- Progress Photos: Photos you voluntarily take within the App for tracking your fitness progress. These are stored locally on your device by default. Premium users may opt in to cloud backup.
- Usage Data: App interactions, feature usage patterns, and behavioral analytics to improve the user experience.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for compatibility and troubleshooting.
- Purchase Information: Subscription status and purchase history are managed by Google Play and RevenueCat. We do not store your payment card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the App's core functionality (workout tracking, exercise logging)
- Generate personalized AI workout plans and coaching recommendations
- Enable progress photo comparison and body composition tracking features
- Sync your data across devices (premium feature)
- Process and manage your subscription
- Improve the App based on aggregate usage patterns
- Communicate important updates about the App
3. AI-Powered Features
Our App uses Google's Gemini AI to generate personalized workout plans and provide fitness coaching. When you use AI features:
- Your fitness profile data (goals, experience, equipment, limitations) is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate recommendations
- AI conversations are processed in real time and are not stored by the AI provider for training purposes
- AI-generated plans are stored in your account for your continued use
4. Image Processing (ShadowSync)
Our ShadowSync feature uses Photoroom's API to create silhouette overlays from your progress photos. This processing:
- Occurs through secure server-side Cloud Functions (your photos are not sent to third parties directly from your device)
- Is only available to premium/trial users
- Processes images temporarily — they are not stored by the third-party service
5. Data Storage and Security
- Local Storage: Workout data and progress photos are stored locally on your device using an encrypted SQLite database.
- Cloud Storage: If you are a premium user, your data may be synced to Firebase (Google Cloud) for backup and cross-device access. This data is protected by Firebase security rules that restrict access to your account only.
- Encryption: All data transmitted between the App and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with the third-party services listed above as necessary to provide the App's features.
8. Data Retention
- Your local data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its data.
- Cloud-synced data is retained as long as your account is active.
- You can request deletion of your account and all associated cloud data at any time by contacting us.
9. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
10. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your workout data
- Opt out of non-essential data collection
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
